How did you come to start at Superfly?

I had been working at Red Light Management for over 8 years, and had an incredible experience. My close friend Jonathan Mayers was looking to grow the music programming side of Superfly and the timing was perfect. I was ready to leave artist management. 

How would you describe the culture at Superfly?

Creative
Caring 
Family. 

Tell me about the last 12 months for you?

My wife started her own business in 2013 and to see her grow and thrive professionally has been amazing and I am so proud of her. 

What challenges have you faced?

Traveling is hard. It is hard to be away from home and the normal rhythms of family and friends. 

Which artists inspire you on a creative level?

I listen to The Verve's album Storm in Heaven probably 2-3 times a week. 

In what ways can people be more socially responsible for the health of our music industry?

We need to work harder to help develop those who create music and make sure they are given the tools and platforms to grow and make a living.
